The Development subcommittee is responsible for raising and allocating funds for the benefit of programs put on by MSC FISH. Two large-scale events are hosted by Development, one of which is FLO Bowl, which will be taking place on November 3rd on Penberthy Fields. Run the Ramps is the second event organized by this subcommittee, which will take place on March 20th inside of Texas A&M’s Kyle Field.
Aside from this, the Development subcommittee works hard to bring in donations/revenue by keeping in touch with alumni through newsletters, working Reed Arena Clean Up, and other similar activities. Development is always working to host successful and beneficial programs and develop the skills of the leaders that build those programs.
Run The Ramps
MSC FISH has collaborated with Atlas Race Series, CHI St. Joseph Health and Hopdoddy Burger Bar to present Run the Ramps, an incredibly unique 5K through Kyle Field that creates a one-of-a-kind Aggie experience for every runner on March 20th, 2020.
Run the Ramps is to raise proceeds for Kyle Field Day, MSC FISH’s largest service project. Kyle Field Day is a one day service event with over 50 service booths supporting local, national, and international non-profit organizations that allows these organizations to raise awareness for the causes that they are advocating for.
