HOSTING COMMITTEE

The Hosting subcommittee works closely with many groups on campus. Our main purpose is to be ready to serve whenever we get a call that someone needs our hosting services. We have formed a strong partnership with The Association of Former Students serving as volunteers at class reunions and at Aggie Ring Day! Hosting also works with the Athletic Department serving as volunteers before all home games at the Aggie Fan Zone as well as volunteering our time to help with Aggie Nights and Aggieland Saturday.

Main events planned and coordinated by Hosting:

• Freshmen Appreciation Week
• Krafts for Kids
• Car Bash Parents' Weekend Event

Freshmen Appreciation Week

We have tons of fun events planned for the Class of 2013 including prizes, giveaways, food and more!!

Monday - Free breakfast will be passed out to freshmen around campus (Commons, Rudder, Fish Pond).

Tuesday- We will be providing free scantrons and pencils to the Class of 2013 at various locations around campus.

Wednesday- Free Class of 2013 T-shirts will be passed out to the freshmen, stop by one of our locations and pick one up, everyone loves free shirts!

Thursday - This day will be planned by FISH freshmen for the class of 2013!

Friday - FISH will be holding a block party for the Class of 2013. The party will include various games and activities, as well as free food and prizes. Come check out all of the fun and bring your friends!
